Shipping policy

Processing time. Every Detroit Halite coffee is roasted to order. Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Carriers and delivery. We ship via USPS from our roastery in Livonia, Michigan. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $40 ship free.

Shipping area. We currently ship within the United States.

Local pickup. Free local pickup is available at the roastery: 37055 Industrial Rd, Livonia, MI. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is roasted and ready, usually within 2 to 4 days.

Incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an address error, email orders@detroithalite.com as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, transit is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, or shows delivered but the package is missing, email orders@detroithalite.com and we will open a trace with the carrier and work with you to make it right.
