Overview. This website is operated by Detroit Halite Coffee Co. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products. Every Detroit Halite coffee is roasted to order. We make every effort to display product details, tasting notes, and images accurately, but roast appearance and flavor can vary naturally between lots. Rotating products, including Sankofa lots under The Drop, are limited: when a lot sells through, it is retired and may not return.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) at the discounted price shown at signup, until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

Shipping and returns. Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Detroit Halite name, logo, product names, images, and copy, is the property of Detroit Halite Coffee Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detroit Halite Coffee Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms. We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
